Hi Reader,
We're back after an extended holiday vacation and I have to say that it was so needed! I had time to rest, relax and be with my family. I made the very intentional decision to log off completely so that I could be fully present during the holiday season. I fully enjoyed every minute of the time I spent with my family and by myself. We all need to take some time for ourselves every once in a while. 😊
Now, I'm ready to get the new year going and continue to bring you delicious recipes to cook at home and enjoy with your loved ones.
I hope that you had the time relax and reflect on the new year ahead. I wish you a very happy new year!
